Andrew Connors:
Andrew Connors at 41 years old has been working out since he was about 12 years old. Andrew holds a bachelors degree in Business Management and Sports Science. As the former owner of The Ultimate Fitness Center and The Ultimate Fitness Center for Women for 7 years, Andrew trained hundreds of men and women in their workouts and more specifically in “benching”. Andrew was the founder and manager of his Power Lifting Team which competed in the AAPF Drug Free Power lifting league for many years. This team won numerous team competitions and several team members acquired state, regional and national records. Andrew’s success in natural power lifting has been an inspiration to many people.
